Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

I got this for my daughter, but it could easily be great for a girlfriend or wife. The way that the ball turns when you turn the heart on the side and reveal either a flower or the necklace is amazing. The bear is soft to the touch, and the necklace is gorgeous. If there was anything that I would say I didn't care for about this, it would be the fact that the red of the bear is really more of a salmon. Other than that, it is adorable, and I am so glad that I got it.
